• Continuous communication channels are established with the client, and a transparent working environment is provided.

After the initial meeting, a detailed project plan is created based on client feedback and analysis. At this stage:

• Project phases are determined, and task distribution is made for each phase.
• Important details such as technical infrastructure, software architecture, and technologies to be used are clarified.
• A delivery schedule is created, and timing is determined for each phase.
• Budgeting is done, and costs are presented clearly to the client.
• An official proposal is prepared and shared with the client; necessary revisions are made according to client requests.

After the proposal is approved, an official contract containing all project details is prepared. At this stage:

• The contract includes critical details such as project scope, work details throughout the process, delivery conditions, and payment plan.
• Legal requirements are considered to ensure mutual trust between parties, and clauses protecting the rights of both parties are included.
• After the contract is signed, the project is officially launched, and project management processes are initiated.

With the signing of the contract, the project moves to the design and development phase. In this process:

• Starting with the UX/UI design phase, after receiving client approval, visual design and user experience-focused work is carried out.
• The technical team begins the software development process and integrates the technologies to be used in the project in the most appropriate way.
• Regular meetings are held with the client for each stage throughout the process, and the project is optimized based on feedback received.
• The developed software stages are continuously tested to prevent potential errors, and the project progresses step by step.
