To ensure project success, we first need to understand our clients' needs accurately. We start with an initial meeting. In this meeting:

• Technical requirements, timeline, and resources are shared with stakeholders.
• Potential challenges and risks are addressed and the overall process framework is defined.
• Ongoing communication channels with the client are established and a transparent working environment is ensured.

After the initial meeting, a detailed project plan is created based on client feedback and analysis. In this phase:

• Project phases are defined and tasks are assigned for each phase.
• Technical infrastructure, software architecture, and technologies to be used are clarified.
• A delivery schedule is created and the timing of each phase is set.

• A formal proposal is prepared and shared with the client; revisions are made according to client requests.

Once the proposal is approved, a formal contract covering all project details is prepared. In this phase:

• The contract includes project scope, work to be done, delivery terms, and payment schedule.
• Legal requirements are considered and clauses that protect both parties' rights are included to ensure mutual trust.
• Once the contract is signed, the project officially starts and project management processes are activated.

With the signing of the contract, the project moves into the design and development phase. In this process:

• The process starts with the UX/UI design phase; after client approval, visual design and user experience work are carried out.
• The technical team begins development and integrates the chosen technologies appropriately.
• Regular meetings with the client are held at each stage, and the project is refined based on feedback.
• Each stage of the software is tested continuously to catch issues early and move the project forward step by step.
